The Salumi Sagra is finally here, it’s time for a long Sunday lunch.
For all you Salumi lovers this event is for you, a five-course lunch planned and prepared by Lorenzo and team to match some delicious wines.

Time: starting at 11.30am for 12pm
What: 5 course lunch with matching wines including canapes and an aperitivo on arrival.
Cost: The event is $85 per person + booking fee

Just in case you were wondering…
SalumiareItalian cold cuts predominantly made from pork. Salumi includes bresaola, which is made from beef, and also cooked products such as mortadella and prosciutto cotto. Salami is a specific type of salumi.
